Yes they are! And it’s 2024! Our favorite pod hosts are back and ready to take on 2024. Shanea is all moved into her beautiful new house and is busy making it a home and getting settled into her new city. Chika is ticking off goals left and right including her fitness goals - she’s on a new year Peloton streak already, and has already blindsided Shanea with an Apple fitness challenge!
